Our Purchase Agreements and Guarantees

We offer a 3 day written health guarantee on all puppies. The puppy must be seen by a licensed veterinarian during the 3 day health guarantee. We guarantee the puppy is free of all canine diseases, intestinal parasites, and that the puppy is in good health.

All puppies are current on their vaccinations and de-worming prior to purchase. All puppies are examined by our veterinarian on or about 8 weeks of age. A health record with all information of vaccinations, de-worming, and all veterinarian exams and procedures is provided.

We guarantee all puppies for 1 year against any hereditary life threatening genetic defects.

In the event the puppy you purchased is found to be unhealthy, and is returned to us with all paperwork belonging to the puppy, including a veterinarian’s statement of the defect or problem, we shall offer a puppy/dog of equal value at the time of return (or when one becomes available from a future litter). All paperwork belonging to the puppy/dog and a veterinarian statement must be accompanied with the return of the puppy/dog.

There are NO refunds.

We are not responsible for any medical bills, shipping or secondary expenses incurred by the buyer.
